At First Choice Haircutters, we're looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead our salon team as a Salon Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the salon, including operations, staff development, and customer service.
What You'll Do
- You'll be the driving force behind the salon's success, overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies.
- You'll lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional customer service and consistently high-quality hair care services.
- You'll be responsible for hiring, training, and developing your team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages growth and success.
- You'll work closely with our management team to develop and implement business strategies, driving revenue growth and profitability.
- You'll be the face of our salon, representing our brand and values to our customers and the community.
What We're Looking For
- You'll be a natural leader, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a proven track record of success in a salon or retail environment.
- You'll be a strong communicator, able to effectively manage and motivate your team, as well as build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- You'll be tech-savvy, with experience using point-of-sale systems and other salon software.
- You'll be a team player, with a positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to ensure our customers receive the best possible experience.
- You'll be a creative problem-solver, able to think on your feet and come up with innovative solutions to challenges.
Physical Requirements
- You'll need to be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 10-15 pounds, and move around the salon with ease.
- You'll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
- You'll need to be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
