At First Choice Haircutters, we're looking for a talented and dedicated individual to lead our salon team as a Salon Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the salon, including operations, leadership, and customer service.
What You'll Do
- You'll be the driving force behind the salon's success, overseeing daily operations and providing guidance and support to your team.
- You'll lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality hair care services.
- You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- You'll be responsible for hiring, training, and developing your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- You'll handle customer complaints and conflicts with professionalism and poise.

Requirements
- Current cosmetology license
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Basic math skills and ability to perform administrative tasks
- Ability to travel to mandatory meetings and training sessions
Physical Requirements
- Good eyesight and ability to observe guests' hair
- Ability to stand, lift, and move around the salon
- Comfortable with fragrances and chemicals
