At First Choice Haircutters, we're looking for a talented and motivated individual to lead our salon team as a Salon Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of the salon, including operations, leadership, and customer service.
What You'll Do
- You'll be the driving force behind the salon's success, overseeing daily operations and providing guidance and support to your team.
- You'll lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering high-quality hair care services.
- You'll work closely with our team to develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and drive business growth.
- You'll be responsible for hiring, training, and developing your team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- You'll handle conflicts and client complaints with professionalism and poise, ensuring a positive experience for all.
What We're Looking For
- You'll be a natural leader, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- You'll have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- You'll be tech-savvy, with experience using administrative software and systems.
- You'll have a current cosmetology license and be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- You'll be comfortable with lifting, bending, and performing repetitive movements, occasionally lifting 10-15 lbs.
Physical Requirements
- You'll need good eyesight to observe a guest's hair, including close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
- You'll be standing, lifting, and reaching for the stars, so you'll need to be comfortable with physical activity.
- You'll be working with chemicals in our treatments, so you'll need to be okay with fragrances and chemicals.
