Physiotherapist Opportunity with RT Medical

RT Medical is seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at our clinic. As a Physiotherapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert Physiotherapy services to patients, including assessment, management, and treatment of physical impairments or disabilities.
- Develop and implement individualized patient-centered goals and treatment plans in collaboration with the interprofessional team.
- Identify and address educational needs for patients and their families, promoting health and wellness.
- Maximize patient quality of life by helping patients achieve functional independence, movement, and physical activity.
- Master's Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent required.
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of Ontario for practice in all applicable clinical areas.
- Membership in the Canadian Association of Physiotherapists and the Physiotherapy Association of Ontario is an asset.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Physiotherapy.
- Skills in technology and experience with various EMR's and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to work in unique, fast-paced environments.
- Good knowledge of PT theory and practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening communication, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent critical thinking, synthesis, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- High adaptability capacity.
- Registration in other provinces is an asset.
