Personal Support Worker

Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual seeking a rewarding career in healthcare? RT Medical is looking for skilled Personal Support Workers to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care and support to individuals in their homes or care facilities.
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if required.
  • Monitor vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate personnel.
  • Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
Qualifications
  • Completion of a recognized Personal Support Worker program.
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Experience working with individuals requiring personal care support.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • A genuine passion for providing compassionate care.
