RT Medical is seeking a highly skilled Physiotherapist to join our team. As a Physiotherapist with RT Medical, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical professional practice, including assessment, treatment, and case management, to patients with physical impairments or disabilities.
- Formulate and implement individualized client-centered goals based on analysis and assessment findings, consistent with team goals.
- Identify and address educational needs for patients and their families who require support.
- Help patients who are having trouble with functional independence, movement, and physical activity to maximize patient quality of life.
- Master's Degree in Physiotherapy, or equivalent, required.
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physical Therapists of Ontario for practice in all applicable clinical areas.
- Membership in the Canadian Association of Physiotherapists and the Physiotherapy Association of Ontario is an asset.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience.
- Skills in technology and experience with various EMR's and Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to work in unique, fast-paced environments.
- Good knowledge of PT theory and practice.
- Excellent interpersonal and listening communication, and teamwork skills.
- Excellent critical thinking, synthesis, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- High adaptability capacity.
- Registration in other provinces is an asset.
