About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Maple Ridge Agency Inc. as an Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and grow existing accounts.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  • Operational Management
    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team, including sales forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve sales efficiency and productivity.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales leadership or business development.
  • Skills
    • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience.
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
