About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at JussConstruct. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for conducting open houses, advising clients on market conditions, and negotiating rates and terms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct open houses for prospective buyers and provide expert advice on market conditions and prices.
  • Use real estate software packages to manage client relationships and track sales activity.
  • Advise clients on mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Negotiate rates and terms with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates to meet client needs.
  • Provide advice about merchandise and arrange sales demonstration appointments to showcase products.
  • Contact potential customers by phone to discuss sales opportunities and provide product information.
  • Deliver sales presentations to clients and conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
  • Provide customer service to clients and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Greet customers and discuss type, quality, and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase, rental, or lease.
  • Prepare sales, rental, or leasing contracts to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
  • Accept cash, cheque, credit card, or automatic debit payment to facilitate sales transactions.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and adaptability to meet the demands of a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Goal-oriented and results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Hardworking and proactive with a strong commitment to excellence.
  • Quick learner with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and sales strategies.
  • Honesty and maturity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Working Conditions

This is a remote work opportunity with a hybrid work arrangement. The successful candidate will be required to have the necessary equipment for remote work, including internet and a home office.
