Endo Networks is seeking enthusiastic Brand Representatives to showcase our offerings at various retail locations, representing a global leader in water purification for over four decades.

If you possess a vibrant personality, are self-driven, and have a passion for engaging with others, we want you Our Brand Representatives will play a crucial role in educating consumers in busy retail settings. Your mission will be to inform potential customers about our services and facilitate connections with our skilled sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with new individuals while maintaining a positive and energetic demeanor.
  • Effectively communicate brand messaging through structured interactions.
  • Generate potential leads and gather consumer information for our sales team.
  • Achieve and surpass targets, taking pride in your accomplishments.
  • Stand for extended periods while representing the brand.

Work Schedule

Full-Time Availability

Shifts available from 8:30 AM - 3:00 PM or 3:00 PM - 8:30 PM, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license with a clean record, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles is essential.
  • Background in customer service, events, sales, or lead generation is preferred.
  • Maintain a professional image and represent the brand with integrity.
  • Ability to comprehend and convey brand messaging effectively.
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • A charismatic and outgoing nature is crucial.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Availability to participate in team meetings and conference calls.
  • Flexible schedule with potential for weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts, including administrative tasks.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $22.00/hour plus a 3.5% commission on closed sales.
