About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Groupe St-Hubert. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for implementing sales strategies within the regions of Cornwall, Kingston, Belleville, Whitby, and Ajax, in Ontario, to increase sales for our assigned products and store brands.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth within the assigned territory
  • Establish and maintain excellent relationships with stores (managers) to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Oversee business growth within the assigned territory, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Apply the company's policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality standards
Requirements
  • Good organizational skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent ability to communicate and handle objections, with strong skills in persuasion and negotiation
  • Bilingualism: French and English, spoken and written (an asset)
  • Excellent knowledge of sales in the food industry, with a strong understanding of market trends and customer needs
  • Good computer skills and ability to work with various software applications
  • High school diploma and 2 years' experience in sales and business development
  • Experience in retail sales (various departments) and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Additional Requirements
  • Frequent travel to stores, approximately 85% of the time
  • Have a vehicle and valid driver's license
  • Have internet access and ability to work remotely
