Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Best Western Plus Gateway to the Falls.
Job Summary:The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Resolve complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process group arrivals and departures, and take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as points of interest in the area.
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Contact customers to deliver requested wake-up calls.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent oral communication skills and a client-focused attitude.
- Dependability, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Will train.
The Front Desk Agent will work in a hotel laundry environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
Hours of Work:40 hours per week.
