Front Desk Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Best Western Plus Gateway to the Falls. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Register arriving guests and assign rooms in a timely and efficient manner.
- Resolve guest complaints and claims in a professional and courteous manner.
- Process group arrivals and departures, and take, cancel, and change room reservations as needed.
- Provide information on hotel facilities and services, as well as points of interest in the area.
- Process guests' departures, calculate charges, and receive payments.
- Maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations, and room assignments.
- Assist guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Contact guests to deliver requested wake-up calls.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Will train.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Standing for extended periods.
- Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Work Environment: Our hotel is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be working in a team environment and will be required to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
