Carpentry Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter to join our team at All Canada Contracting & Renovation Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in the installation of various building components.
Key Responsibilities- Estimation and Planning: Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for projects, taking into account factors such as site conditions, material availability, and labour requirements.
- Site Management: Schedule and coordinate work on sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Installation and Assembly: Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials to create high-quality installations.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work meets the required standards and quality expectations.
- Team Support: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers, refugees, youth, veterans, and Indigenous people, and provide cultural competency training to create a welcoming work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in carpentry or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
