About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Carpentry Specialist to join our team at All Canada Contracting & Renovation Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in carpentry and related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for projects
  • Design and implement layouts in accordance with building codes and regulations
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel
  • Install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware with precision and attention to detail
  • Schedule and coordinate work on construction sites to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Conduct thorough cost estimates and material planning for projects
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in carpentry or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labour in a fast-paced construction environment
