Job Summary

Bausch Health Canada is a leading international pharmaceutical company dedicated to delivering quality health and wellness products to Canadians. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and achieving business objectives in the Quebec West region.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives
    • Develop and implement regional marketing and sales plans to drive business growth
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Product Knowledge and Expertise
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and therapeutic areas
    • Communicate product benefits and features to healthcare professionals and customers
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaboration and Teamwork
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service
    • Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement
    • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance
Requirements
  • Proven track record of sales leadership and management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and therapeutic areas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills
