Regional Sales Director

Main Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Direct a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals and objectives
- Develop and implement regional marketing and sales plans to drive business growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Product Knowledge and Expertise
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and therapeutic areas
- Communicate product benefits and features to healthcare professionals and customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
- Collaboration and Teamwork
- Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer service
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Proven track record of sales leadership and management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products and therapeutic areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
