About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Monte Golda Trading Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals and dishes to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning: Plan and develop menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
  • Culinary Operations: Oversee the preparation and cooking of meals and dishes, ensuring that they are of the highest quality and presented in an appealing manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and ensure that all ingredients and supplies are ordered and stored in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of cooks and kitchen staff to achieve our culinary goals and standards.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Culinary Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of culinary techniques and principles, with the ability to apply them in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of cooks and kitchen staff.
  • Attention to Detail: Possess a high level of attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that all dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards.
