About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Monte Golda Trading Limited. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary needs of our customers
    • Plan and execute the preparation of menu items, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor
  • Culinary Leadership
    • Lead and manage a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective food preparation
    • Provide guidance and training to junior staff members to develop their culinary skills
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs
    • Develop and implement systems to track inventory and monitor usage
  • Food Safety and Quality
    • Ensure that all food preparation and presentation meets the highest standards of food safety and quality
    • Implement and maintain HACCP and food safety protocols
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Respond to customer complaints and feedback in a professional and timely manner
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Work Setting
    • Restaurant or food service environment
  • Physical Demands
    • Physically demanding role requiring prolonged standing, walking, and lifting
  • Personal Suitability
    • Client focus and dependability
    • Organized and reliable
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
