Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Centralized Operations Reservations Specialist to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Toronto. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for handling communication channels, reservations for hotel services, and ensuring guests are well taken care of.
About the Role:
The Centralized Operations Reservations Specialist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include:
- Handling communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Managing reservations for hotel services, including rooms, dining, and spa treatments
- Ensuring guests are well taken care of, including resolving issues and providing recommendations
- Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Computer literacy and proficiency in hotel operations software
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Smart Serve Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in hotel operations, knowledge of OPERA PMS, and fluency in English (additional language is an asset) are preferred.
