Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Patel Group Forest Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
    • Hire and manage food service staff
  • Food Quality and Safety
    • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Prepare budget and cost estimates
    • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
    • Prepare and submit reports
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints or concerns
    • Prepare food order summaries for the chef
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment
