Job Summary

Ryder Systems is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion in your assigned sales territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and new account growth targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to retain and grow their business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans and strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a proven track record of sales excellence.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
