Corporate Accounts Sales Representative

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Accounts Sales Representative to join our team at Canon Canada. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leveraging your sales expertise to grow our business in an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and support existing customer relationships to drive repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Research and understand customer needs to identify new business opportunities and forecast sales growth.
  • Prospect within an assigned list of accounts to identify new sales opportunities for hardware, software, and managed IT services.
  • Stay up-to-date on company and competitor products, pricing, and solutions to provide expert advice to customers.
  • Coordinate pre- and post-sales support to ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Complete sales documentation and facilitate the delivery of products to meet customer needs.
  • Promote Canon Canada's image and products at business-related events to build brand awareness.
  • Prepare and submit internal reports and account profiles to support business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in B2B sales with a strong understanding of solutions selling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build proposals and selling documents.
  • Interest in and passion for continuous learning on hardware, software, and IT services.
  • Self-disciplined with excellent organizational and time management skills to meet sales targets.
  • Positive attitude with lots of energy, self-motivation, personal integrity, and an entrepreneurial flair.
  • Leadership qualities to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
