About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Renewals Account Representative to join our team at OpenText. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, identifying opportunities for growth, and driving revenue through the sale of our Maintenance and Support Programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth and customer retention
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare renewal quotes, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely and accurate forecasting
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of OpenText's products and services
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales-oriented, lead generation, or renewals environment
  • University/College degree in a related discipline or equivalent work experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
