The Account Development Specialist serves as the primary representative for NAPA, responsible for fostering and sustaining robust business relationships with both existing and prospective clients. This role involves executing sales development strategies at the National, Regional, and District levels while promoting NAPA's range of auto parts and associated programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with installers to market NAPA auto parts and programs, collaborating with various sales teams across regional and corporate sectors.
- Execute sales development strategies and support District and Regional objectives concerning the rollout of marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Collaborate with the District Sales Manager and Store Managers to formulate sales development strategies aimed at expanding business with current clients within your designated territory.
- Collect market intelligence and communicate service or product concerns to the relevant store managers and district sales manager.
- Provide pricing recommendations for accounts and assist in collections, ensuring compliance with purchasing conditions.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the automotive parts industry is advantageous.
