Sales Development Representative

The Account Development Specialist serves as the representative of NAPA, responsible for fostering and sustaining strong business relationships with both current and prospective clients. This role involves executing sales development strategies at the National, Regional, and District levels while advocating for NAPA's auto parts and associated programs. The specialist plays a crucial role in keeping NAPA informed about customer preferences, competitive challenges, and market dynamics. Participation in the creation and enhancement of sales initiatives at the District level is also a key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with installers to promote NAPA auto parts and programs, collaborating with various sales teams across regional and corporate sectors.
- Execute sales development strategies and support District and Regional objectives concerning the rollout of marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Collaborate with the District Sales Manager and Store Managers to formulate sales development strategies aimed at expanding business with existing clients within your designated territory.
- Collect market intelligence and communicate service or product concerns to the relevant store managers and district sales manager.
- Provide pricing recommendations for accounts and assist in collections while ensuring compliance with purchasing conditions.
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:
- 2 to 3 years of experience in sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with the automotive parts industry is advantageous.
