About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Tic Exploration Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes, as well as managing kitchen operations and supervising staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Plan menus and estimate food requirements to ensure efficient kitchen operations.

Cooking and Food Preparation

Prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.

Kitchen Management

Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, and ensure a clean and safe working environment.

Supply Chain Management

Order supplies and equipment as needed to maintain efficient kitchen operations.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 30 hours per week. The working language is English.
