Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Tony's Pasta & Seafood House. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our restaurant's culinary expertise and appeal to our diverse customer base.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver high-quality dishes.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our dishes meet our high standards.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
