About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Ricky's All Day Grill. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution
    • Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our guests.
    • Source high-quality ingredients and suppliers to ensure consistency and freshness in our dishes.
  • Kitchen Management
    • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure that they are equipped to deliver exceptional service and quality.
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment that meets health and safety standards.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and supplies to meet demand.
    • Monitor and control food costs to ensure that we are operating within budget.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our guests receive exceptional service and that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
    • Address guest complaints and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
