Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at 837425 Yukon Inc. as a key member of our culinary team.

Job Summary:

The Executive Chef will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations, managing a team of cooks, and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of cooks to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking techniques to ensure high-quality food is served
  • Manage kitchen inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and high customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role
  • Proven track record of leading a team and achieving high-quality results
  • Strong knowledge of food safety, health regulations, and kitchen operations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Working Conditions:

The Executive Chef will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with regular exposure to heat, noise, and physical demands. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:

The Executive Chef will work a standard 40-hour workweek, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
