**About the Role**

At WTW, we're seeking a highly skilled Retirement Associate Director to join our team. As a key member of our Retirement team, you will play a critical role in supporting organizations in designing, managing, and administering retirement plans.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide expert consulting services on retirement plan valuation, management, and design, financial risk management, and funding projects.
  • Lead large, complex client engagements, ensuring projects are properly planned, budgeted, and monitored.
  • Interface with colleagues from other practices and regions on assignments that reflect the client's broader business issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on changing laws and regulations and communicate their implications and opportunities to clients.
  • Develop new business opportunities and enhance existing relationships.
  • Develop and mentor junior colleagues, fostering an inclusive team environment.

**What You'll Bring**

  • Proven expertise in retirement plan consulting, with a strong understanding of financial risk management and funding projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead complex client engagements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interface with colleagues from other practices and regions.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date on changing laws and regulations and communicate their implications to clients.
  • Experience in developing new business opportunities and enhancing existing relationships.
  • Strong mentoring and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and mentor junior colleagues.
