Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in delivering impactful solutions for organizations of various sizes and industries, with a direct impact on their employees.
  • Work collaboratively with our 80+ Health colleagues in Toronto on a wide range of client teams.
  • Support clients in the financial and strategic management of their employee benefit programs through analysis and communication.
  • Perform calculations related to the costs of client employee benefit plans and insurance arrangements, using Mercer's internal tools.
  • Gain an understanding of project management and consulting skills, including managing client deliverables and participating in client calls and meetings.
