About the Role

At BrainStation, we're on a mission to empower professionals with the digital skills they need to succeed in today's fast-paced world. As a Business Development Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth of our digital skills training courses, both in-person and online.

Responsibilities

  • Advise and inspire professionals to elevate their careers in technology, leveraging our world-class thought leadership and industry expertise.
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, business development, and sales activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, organizations, and community leaders, identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth.
  • Work closely with our product, learning design, and experience teams to develop and curate bespoke digital learning products that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and improve customer outcomes.

Requirements

  • Goal-oriented and results-driven, with a proven track record of success in business development and sales.
  • Outgoing, energetic, and passionate about education, technology, and growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
