About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Manager for Customer Success to join our team at T-Net British Columbia. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic programs and initiatives to drive growth and improve customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute operational strategies to support the Customer Success team, including process improvements, system enhancements, and data analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Design and implement metrics and reporting to measure the effectiveness of Customer Success operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Customer Success leaders, sales teams, and customer-facing teams.
  • Provide operational support for customer onboarding, account management, and customer success initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Customer Success operations and implement new ideas and strategies to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of key metrics for Customer Success organizations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with experience creating and maintaining detailed project plans and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to use data to measure the business impact of operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels.
  • Strong ability to work independently and in teams to deliver successful outcomes.
