About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Operations Manager for Customer Success to join our team at T-Net British Columbia. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing strategic programs and initiatives to drive growth and improve customer success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and maintain operational processes and procedures to ensure seamless execution of customer success initiatives.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer success and revenue growth.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer success operations professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including customer success leaders, sales teams, and product development.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in customer success operations, revenue operations, or a related field.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of key metrics for customer success organizations.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with experience creating and maintaining detailed project plans.
  • Data-driven and analytical, with the ability to use data to measure business impact.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with stakeholders of all levels.
