Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. As a key member of our Canadian Banking Branch network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide proactive and personalized support to our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions. You will be responsible for processing day-to-day transactions, nurturing long-standing relationships, and contributing to the Branch's targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
- Uncover and solve customers' needs
- Explain complicated concepts simply
- Demonstrate success in a target-based performance environment, as well as contribute positively to a team-oriented work environment
- Demonstrate an eagerness to learn and determination to succeed
Requirements:
- Proven customer service skills through work or community involvement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong technical skills and the ability to promote digital and self-service banking options to our customers
