Customer Experience Associate

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients with a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure that clients receive a seamless and personalized experience.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our branch customer experience through service and advice.
- Support the achievement of business objectives by promoting products and services to clients.
- Participate in process improvement opportunities and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
- Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field is preferred.
- Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are considered an asset.
