Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process a range of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with responding to and resolving customer concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
- Identify customer needs and determine solutions to customer problems, opening new accounts and products as required.
- Support the achievement of business objectives by contributing to the development and implementation of business plans and strategies.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance customer experience and improve operational efficiency.
- High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
- Post-secondary or undergraduate degree in a related field is preferred.
- Cantonese, Mandarin, or Punjabi language skills are considered an asset.
