About the Role

As a Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the face of our branches, connecting with customers in a relatable way to provide exceptional service throughout their journey.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Discovering customers' needs and listening to understand their requests
  • Processing day-to-day transactions
  • Nurturing long-standing relationships
  • Identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
  • Introducing clients to mobile banking applications and assisting them in managing their banking needs

  • Ability to uncover and solve customers' needs
  • Success in a target-based performance environment
  • Comfortable in simple sales situations and willing to assist in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
