As a Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the face of our branches, connecting with customers in a relatable way to provide exceptional service throughout their journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Discovering customers' needs and listening to understand their requests
- Processing day-to-day transactions
- Nurturing long-standing relationships
- Identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
- Introducing clients to mobile banking applications and assisting them in managing their banking needs
