About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Culinary Professional to join our team at Kobe Express Inc. as a Kitchen Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the needs of our customers.
    • Ensure that all food is prepared and presented in a clean and safe environment.
  • Kitchen Management
    • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
    • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we are always stocked and ready to meet demand.
  • Cleanliness and Safety
    • Clean the kitchen and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment for our staff and customers.
    • Ensure that all food safety protocols are followed at all times.
  • Experience and Certifications
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Food Safety Certificate.
