About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at NUBA RESTAURANT GROUP. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor our kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure we have the resources needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our customers receive a high-quality dining experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Work Setting: Restaurant environment
  • Language: English
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
