About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at A & A Holdings Inc. as a Kitchen Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Preparation

Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.

Culinary Team Management

Supervise and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels of food, supplies, and equipment to minimize waste and optimize resources.

Quality Control

Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Staff Development

Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of kitchen staff.

Customer Service

Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining a clean and welcoming kitchen environment and responding to customer feedback and concerns.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Hours

35 to 40 hours per week.
