About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at TJX Canada - Winners, Marshalls, HomeSense. As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
  • Team Management: Lead and develop a team of sales associates, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Customer Experience: Ensure that every customer has a positive experience in our store, by providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise, to ensure that the store is fully stocked and that inventory levels are optimized.
  • Visual Merchandising: Oversee the visual presentation of the store, including creating visually appealing displays and ensuring that the store is well-organized and easy to navigate.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Analyze sales data and other metrics to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and provide regular reports to management on store performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, including experience in sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales associates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
