Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Operations and Administration: Authorize payments, order merchandise, and establish work schedules to ensure smooth store operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience.
- Skills: Excellent oral communication, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to multitask.
This is a permanent position with a 40-hour workweek. The work language is English.
