Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our team at Moxies. As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in executing menu items, directing culinary operations, and managing sales and profit budgets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Menu Execution
    • Assist the Head Chef in preparing high-quality dishes
    • Execute menu items in both prep and line areas
  • Culinary Operations
    • Supervise the kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations
    • Manage food preparation and cooking
  • Financial Management
    • Manage sales and profit budgets
  • Team Management
    • Participate in the hiring process, including training and scheduling for multiple positions

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
  • Ability to work well under pressure
