Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Director to join our team at 14002385 Canada Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of our menu items.

Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary needs of our customers.
  • Staff Supervision: Lead and train a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and safe food preparation.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and taste food to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with heavy loads and physically demanding tasks.
