Job Overview

As a Station Chef at Aramark, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our customers. Our team is passionate about providing high-quality food and service, and we are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our ranks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Development and Execution

Develop and implement menus that align with our company's culinary vision and meet the needs of our customers.

Culinary Operations Management

Oversee the preparation and presentation of food items, ensuring consistency and quality standards are met.

Team Leadership and Development

Manage and train kitchen employees, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Client and Customer Relationships

Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.

Supply Chain and Procurement

Understand and implement end-to-end supply chain and procurement processes, ensuring only authorized suppliers are used.

Food Safety and Quality

Ensure compliance with food safety and quality policies, including handling waste, standard menus, recipes, and ingredients.

Performance Metrics and Reporting

Track and analyze performance metrics, including food and labor targets, to inform business decisions and drive improvement.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in a related field
  • 0-2 years' experience in a management role
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
