Job Summary

SHREE SAVA INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our food service business. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our culinary operations, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Implementation

Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and preferences of our customers, while ensuring profitability and efficiency in food preparation and service.

Staff Supervision and Training

Lead and motivate a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.

Inventory Management and Control

Oversee the ordering, storage, and inventory management of food and supplies, ensuring minimal waste and optimal stock levels.

Health and Safety Compliance

Ensure that all health and safety regulations are met, maintaining a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers.

Customer Service and Relations

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Financial Management

Manage daily cash handling, maintain accurate records, and contribute to the development of business strategies to drive revenue growth.

Requirements
  • Education

College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the food service industry.

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Personal Qualities

Accurate, client-focused, dependable, efficient, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, and a physically demanding workload. Must be able to stand for extended periods and handle heavy loads.
