Occupational Therapist - Winnipeg Regional Health Authority

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Winnipeg Regional Health Authority, where we provide patient-centered health services across Manitoba. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide rehabilitation services to children and adult populations in various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, treatment, and consultation services to patients with physical, cognitive, or mental disabilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and functional ability
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination
  • Conduct thorough assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment strategies
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
  • Active registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Manitoba
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications
  • Demonstrated effective communication and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Respect for cultural diversity
