About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Marjolaine Dion C.O. et RH. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and Directing Clients

You will be the first point of contact for our clients, greeting them warmly and directing them to the appropriate contact or service area.

Processing Information and Providing Customer Service

You will obtain and process information required to provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Administrative Tasks

You will perform a variety of administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies, scheduling appointments, maintaining work records and logs, and performing data entry.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

You will possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.

Computer and Technology Skills

You will have proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software applications.

Requirements
  • Education

You will have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a focus on administrative studies or a related field.

Experience

You will have at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.

Language

You will be fluent in French, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

Work Environment

You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
