Job Overview
We are looking for a Senior CRM Strategy Consultant who embodies both creativity and analytical prowess, with a strong enthusiasm for CRM, digital marketing, and communications. This role requires a deep understanding of the business objectives of our clients and their customers, along with innovative storytelling techniques and the ability to connect these elements through strategic digital thinking. You should be adept at crafting comprehensive marketing plans and presentations, as well as analyzing campaign metrics and establishing performance benchmarks. Comfort in collaborating with clients, creative teams, account managers, developers, and other stakeholders is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Spearhead the design, execution, and assessment of marketing initiatives across various business lines and priorities, including conversion triggers, nurturing, and retention strategies. Oversee and apply the established test-and-learn framework to continuously enhance CRM programs, aligning with the client's strategic goals. Create messaging frameworks and data-driven customer journeys. Analyze campaign performance reports to extract key insights and recommendations for senior leadership. Develop creative briefs that offer subject matter expertise to support CRM and omni-channel marketing efforts. Identify and manage customer targeting and segmentation strategies, ensuring list health and performance. Cultivate a strong partnership with key client stakeholders, becoming well-versed in the client's corporate culture, policies, and values. Present strategic recommendations confidently to clients and share knowledge with colleagues to establish agency best practices. Stay informed about emerging media, technology, and platforms in the digital, CRM, and e-commerce sectors to ensure the adoption of innovative tactics and ideas.Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing with a focus on CRM communications. Highly organized and capable of thriving in an agile, multi-disciplinary environment (creative, analytics, and production). Strong client-facing experience with a focus on understanding customer journeys and digital communication planning. Analytical mindset, proficient in brief writing, interpreting, and presenting reports and analytics using specialized tools and custom reporting. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
